SWEDISH MASSAGE

This therapy is the most commonly taught and well-known treatment. It's designed to energize the body, give generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed up the healing process and reduce swelling from injury.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This therapy is administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia and is generally integrated with other techniques. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces the inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

This therapy implements smooth, water-heated stones. They are specifically placed or used as extensions to the hand(s) allowing deeper penetration into the muscles without using extra pressure. This type helps with stress relief, joint flexibility, muscle spasms, tension, and sleep.
